Where do I go from this course to continue to learn python? Also how much more learning do I have to do to feel like I can program whatever I want in Python?

There is an intermediate course for Python, maybe a suggestion to do that.

Have you done the entire Beginning Python track? If so, the next step might be the Intermediate Python track.

Even after completing that, you might still need some additional knowledge to accomplish certain tasks. That will depend on what it is you want to do.
