Where do I write my Java code?

The instructor wants us to start writing commands and so on but, do I need to down load something to star writing the Java programming over or do I write it in Microsoft office? Where?

The video should have a "Launch Workspace" link in the lower right. Running that should open a window with an editor and a console for writing and testing programs.
