Where do we go to see our quiz results? Or any demonstrable progress or achievement examples? Employer asking

I am looking for a central place to view my quiz results, find a grade or, any kind of achievement and/or skill demonstration that an employer can view without having to traverse several pages and actually go into lessons himself. Something akin to a grade that can measure knowledge & skill and display it along side the points earned.

I don't think there is any way to do that because quizzes are not graded. Points and the number of badges are the only way to see how much someone has done.
