Where is bg_direction_nav.png in newest version of flexslider.css from woothemes?

Zac says near the end of the video to change the location of bg_direction_nav.png by adding ../ to the front, but that image is nowhere to be found in the latest flexslider.css file from the woothemes download. Any suggestions? Seems like an important step if I'm going to follow along with the flexslider implementation.

+1 can't see the image in the download offered by WooThemes nor on their Github page.
