Where is the second class? (name)

why is only the .tag class shown, out of the two classes in the video, and no further explanation about why adjust the .tag class, and not the first class? There isn't even a .name class within the CSS code... Very confusing

The "tag" class is shared by both the name and location, so styles applied to it will affect them both without repeating the settings.

The "name" class might not be currently used in the CSS, but it's available to make future styling that targets it exclusively convenient to implement.

OK, that's exactly the explanation that's missing in the video for people to see the dead end of the other tag, and not have loose ends dangling about. (id="myOpinion1") For all else it's a very clean beginners course though!! (class="myOpinion2")
