Not sure exactly what you're asking about.

The Teacher's Notes for each video appear on the left-most tab below the video player.

If you refer to the challenge, you're doing the comment perfectly, the code you're using is the correct one; you just have to write the text they're asking you to put in there, though. Just check it again in the request above the challenge code.
