I have no experience with ios and or swift 3.1 whatsoever please tell me which track i should use!

Treehouse TeacherHaving an iOS developer account is not absolutely required. This is needed if you're going to run your app on an actual device. Otherwise, you can run it in the simulator. The only cost for taking this course that's required is your subscription fee to Treehouse.
Also, you will need a device that can run the latest version of Xcode. How you choose to do this is up to you.
