White screen on app?

I have done everything in the videos but my app still has a white screen when i play it? The label and button are clearly on the storyboard, which is set as the initial view. And the connections are correct as well.

It jumps to a window where it shows a red highlight over a line that says class AppDelegate: UIResponder, UIApplicationDelegate{ and at the end there is little error code that says Thread 1: signal SIGABRT

What is the error that is printed to the console?
