Why am I having buffering issues?

I'm having buffering issues. I have a fast connection and youtube works perfectly fine. Is there a way to fix this?

I can't give a definitive answer on this but network hiccups happen. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have the same also. Always seems to be between 1 and 5pm Korean time. Everything else is fine but its becoming daily and annoying.
