Why Branding with Matt Yow

The final topic of this short Branding video is not clear to me. A completely new visual style. Start ups need this. Focus Lab falls into this category. I am not sure what I am supposed to be looking at in that segment. What specifically is the teaching point there.

He's just listing three reasons why branding is needed. 1) to update an already established brand, 2) to totally refresh an established brand, and 3) to create a new style for a company that has not yet been branded, such as a startup.
