Why can't I download the videos for offline learning?

It says that I am enrolled into the pro subscription but still says I need to upgrade to pro, why is that?

Thanks for the question and sorry for any confusion. Downloads are permitted to paying subscribers- those on a trial account don't have this privilege yet. Hope this helps- thanks for checking us out!
