why did foreach ouput "Clean Code" last?

why did foreach ouput "Clean Code" last, when it has array key 102, it should come before "Forrest Gump", as it has array key 201? Does array key order matter

My guess is that the key is used to access/modify/delete item, but doesn't affect it's order in the array.
