Why did my edit and remove buttons stop working?

I have no idea where I went wrong.. I thought I was following along perfectly but obviously not.. can someone help?

Hi Michael,

If you're doing this in workspaces then you can post a snapshot of your workspace which would make it easier to troubleshoot the problem.

Also, it could be helpful to let people know which course this is and where you're at in the course.

Which part of the code did you add which caused the buttons to stop working?
