Why do you put the <p> element in quotations and why there is no need to add a closing tag at the end?

I see in the script, in the document.write lines, that these elements are put in quoatations and do not have a closing tag at the end, why is that?

You will need to provide a link to what you're referring to in order for me to help you with your question.
