Why does the block look much smaller than 90% of the browser window?

Hi, I did the instructions correctly, but why does the width so small when you set it to 90% in a full sized browser?

Assuming you're using the same settings as the video, it also has a "max-width" setting of 600px.

So it will not be any larger than that, which may cause it to be less than 90%.
