why does the "imASibling" controller is outside "mainCtrl" but "coolCtrl" isn't?

Was wondering why does that happen, what did we do different here when declaring the "coolCtrl" and "imASibling" so one of them is inside "mainCtrl" and the other isn't?

Hello there, you can see in the video that the coolCtrl is nested inside the mainCtrl, while on the other part, the imASiblingCtrl it's along with the mainCtrl and not within it
