Hello, this issue typically happens when your index.html files is with in sub folders so when your browser tries to look for the main page or "index.html" it will look on your main directory not inside sub directories. Can you let me know how you saved your file were in your directory for example

Site name(main directory)

  • html(folder)

  • index.html(sub folder)

Or is it

Site name

  • html(folder)
  • index.html(not inside a folder)

I usually just pressed ctrl+s to save the file. I think I have it saved in downloads if that is any help
