Design Creating User Experiences Intro to User Experience (UX) Design What is UX

Why does UX matter?

I had tried clicking all of each answer and it was incorrect. I am bugged out on this answer because I assume the company would want to define the product for its user.

According to the previous video, "How a user feels about their experience directly reflects on their view of the company and their products." So the reason that UX matters is because a user's experience defines their perception of a company.

On choosing that answer the quiz gave me a "Well done! That's the correct answer." response.

Thanks. But, that is what I picked the first time and I got it wrong. Oh well... Thanks.

Update: I retook the quiz and it worked.
