Why doesn't my image change each time I refresh the page when using a link from placeimg.com

I am using the link from placeimg.com but the image does not change once the page has been re-loaded. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I also had this problem, hold down shift and click refresh

Is there anyway to code this in? A user will not know to hold shift if you want them to see a different image every time the page is refreshed.

thanks, holding down shift worked for me too.
