Why doesn't this work?

Having problems with variables and associated values. Where should I be focusing?

enum.swift
enum BookType {
    // Write your members with associated values here
case Pdf(String), Epub(String)

var book = BookType.Pdf("Game of Thrones")
}

you need to create the variable OUTSIDE of the enumeration:

enum BookType {
    // Write your members with associated values here
     // Write your members with associated values here
case Pdf(String), Epub(String)

}

// variable is outside of the enum
var book = BookType.Pdf("Game of Thrones")
