WHYＩ downloaded the "th_watson_chatbot" but there is no file named "node_modules" ?

I follow the note of teacher to download the file but I could't find the file named node_modules inside the"th_watson_chatbot"

Make sure you have a version of node js then browse to the th-watson-chatbot location using a terminal (Git bash for windows for example) and install dependencies using the command "npm install"
