why I am getting error

I think I write a right code but still I am getting error, Please check to see what mistakes I am making?

store_open = None
store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 9
if time in store_hours:
    store_open = True
else:
    store_open = False

:point_right: Don't create or assign the variable time.

The challenge does that itself. You will be checking the value of the one they set.
