Why is my body element creating white space at the top of my contact page?

I have 2 pages to my website which are home and contact. For my home page the body element and nav bar stick to the top of my page in small screen sizes, but when I view my contact page in small screen sizes the body element and nav bar drop down and create white space at the top.
Can anyone help me determine what is causing this?

Look at the styling on your .card. There is a 30px margin on it that might be causing your issue. Use developer tools to identify what the issue for certain.
