Why is my code not working?

I do not know why my code is working. Please help!

arrays.swift
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo.append ["Debug App", "Fix Bugs"]

1 Answer

In order to append items to an array they must done individually.

var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo.append("Debug App")
todo.append("Fix Bugs")

You also must use parentheses instead of brackets when referencing the desired String name to be appended.
