Why is my header not sticking?

Hey guys I'm using the same steps shown in the video to apply this plugin to a test project. But the header is not sticking to the top. Any idea what's causing this?

No worries guys I got it working. It seems like a problem of new Dreamweaver CC. Once I closed the browser window and ran again it worked.
