PHP

Why is my name still appearing, I set the variable to false.

So here is my entire php file: http://codepen.io/xGabey/pen/KzRweb. I don't understand why my browser still shows my name after I set the bool for USE_FULL_NAME to false. Any ideas? Thanks, Gabriel
