Why is my work not showing when I hit "preview" in the workspace? Is it because I am using google chrome?

I do the exact same work in my workspace that is in the video and it doesn't show in the next tab when I hit the preview button. Please help

The first step after making a change is to save your work into the file, with the menu or the Ctrl-S shortcut.

Then you hit the preview button, or if you are already previewing just refresh your browser to see the changes.
