Why is tree house slow. It is really annoying and costing me a lot of time.

Tree house is so slow that i can't even watch any video and when i go on youtube i can watch as many videos as i want. I have tried other wifi services and it seems to be the same. Its not that it is not playing at all, it is just too slow and i don't have all the time in the world to be waiting for it to boot. Can anyone suggest anything that can be done. Treehouse really needs to fix their connection services, what good will it be to have a great product and nobody is able to view it conveniently.

Hi Olalekan,

Sorry for any troubles. Unfortunately, since YouTube delivers content in a totally different manner than us, the comparison is like apples and oranges. When you say you've tried "other wifi services", what do you mean? Have you attempted to load Treehouse vids from another wifi network? And was it still slow?

If so, that might lead me to consider it related to your device and/or browser. What OS and browser versions are you using? Cleared the cache recently? Perhaps a plugin is hampering load times (can try booting a Chrome incognito window to disable them to test). Hope we can make some progress, Olalekan. Hi - I have this problem. I've tried different PCs, browsers and in two different locations. I've rebooted multiple times, but still main vids run slow. The trailers work fine, it's just the lessons.

Are you by chance behind a VPN? Have you tried to disable it, if so?
