Why isn't my CSS mask working?

The mask isn't working. The text should be behind the mountains

Your workspace looks similar to the one for the mask workshop, but has several differences. The most important difference is that the image named "css_mask.png" is not a valid mask. Instead of opaque and transparent areas, it has all opaque white and black areas.

Try using this workspace that was provided in the workshop.
