why my admin area looks different? I cant search for themes and plugins?

I dont see the taps that allow me to search themes and plugins, is this has something to do with my host? I use 1&1 one click install.

It would be useful to see your admin area in order to help with this. Also it may just be a newer version of Wordpress than the one in the video.

Oh it turns out I have to use standard installation .... nevermind my question.
