Why not using DesktopServer for local development?

I used XAMMP and BitNami for a while because it seemed a good solution. I was surprised when finding out about DesktopServer by serverpress.com. So many easy features for MAC and PC!

Now I use the DesktopServer PRO versions constantly for local development en especially checking out plug-ins and themes. You should really mention this possibilities for not so tech-savvy developers (beginners).

Example: if there is an issue on a live site of one of my clients, I make a complete site backup with BackupBuddy and import it seamlessly into DesktopSever PRO where I do the testing and repairing.

Best regards from The Netherlands, Milan.
