Why the answer " int ( " (without "") doesn't works?

I added int ( as an answer, but I don't know why it didn't work.

Thanks for your time!

Hi,

Did you write int ( or int. Since the line already has correct number of parenthesis, you don't need to add more of those.

The question is

age = ___ (input("What is your age? "))

You only need to add int to get it working

age = int(input("What is your age? "))
