Why wasn't the secondary-content class removed in the HTML document?

We removed the border property from the secondary-content selector in the CSS file and added it into the t-border selector. The secondary-content selector was subsequently deleted from the CSS document

The t-border class was then added on in the HTML document However, the secondary-content class wasn't deleted from the HTML document.

It's because he's going to use the t-border class for every part of the website that needs that border. Then the secondary-content class will be used to do the rest of the styling for the secondary-content.

Yes but he removed the secondary-content selector in the CSS doc.. Unless he plans to add the selector back into the doc again next time?
