widgets no full width but half screen

Took the project files for Bootstrap to WP theme. Copied this into my local install themes. When I activate the theme seems working fine only the layout of the body where the widgets are in doesn't go full width. Have tried with the chrome inspector but don't manage to solve neither.

any help would be great. thanks

mm found a max-width: 62,5em; in the class="row" when I disable I get full width.

strange project file is not working properly.
