Wildcard URL request handling by express

Recently I have a course on Express Basic which it tells you can handle GET request by app.get but it looks like it could only be use for a specified path /hello or nested path with only one layer /hello/:word (this will work with /hello/bye but not /hello/and/bye) So I was wondering can I use app.useor app.get method and respond all the request like /links, /links/best etc.
