Windows Export?

Trying to export the Build from Mac to Windows, but I don't see windows as an option.

Correct. It doesn't have the Windows option. I wonder do I need to use a Windows pc to be able to export.

I think something got wrong in your installation of Unity, it is supposed to be a standard option if I'm correct. You are able to export to Mac and Linux though?
