Wireframing Process In An Agile Environment

Sarah P / everyone //

I love your course so far.

I have a question in regards to your wireframing process. In this video you said you have all teammates and stakeholders sign off on the wireframes and that it is "frozen — no more changes" after sign off.

I am investigating agile workflows and am curious as to how this kind of "frozen POC" would work in an agile company? Do you adjust your app workflow in any way to accommodate agile workflows?

I do not have any direct experience yet working in an agile workflow but I am coming across more of them in my career and would love to know your thoughts on this.

Hello,

I think the "frozen POC" would be good for a freelance project, where you have a budget, schedule and client, where you have to finish the work on time. This is a way to setup a final step before going into development.
If you are a designer in a company (you work for the company) and work with different developers during the app creation process it is better to follow an agile workflow. What agile methods have you try so far?

Kind Regards. Rosina
