It is written: Some text layers contain fonts that are missing. These layers will need to have the missing fonts replaced before they can be used for vector based output.

18,592 PointsTry downloading few fonts from Adobe Typekit.
Once you will open file with missing fonts - adobe should offer you an option to resolve it with one of the fonts that are downloaded.

476 PointsI opened the file in Illustrator, saved it and then opened in photoshop. After layers appeared

12,789 PointsYou don't have to use that specific font, it will be replaced by other generic system font. Exact font type isn't essential in this exercise.
