woocommerce not charging for each additional item

I have a book for sale in my shop and I have set it to chage £2 postage per item but if someone orders 3 books it is still charging £2 only for the whole order.

I don't see any of those options at the bottom of the page either. Here's what I see. http://awesomescreenshot.com/0b35k1wr1b

Can anyone help me out?

Try entering this in Cost input box (without quotation mark). "2.0*[qty]"
