Works in terminal but not valid answer

The code below works as expected in my own terminal on my mac, but is not a valid answer for the challenge, why?

    "Python Basics": {"Python", "functions", "variables",

Turns out I'd actually got ahead of myself and created the function for part 2, rather than part 1. They're looking for the intersection operator (&) rather than subset in part 1.
