Workspace Question?

When I launch the workspace, save, and later exit does my workspace get saved so that next time I come back to it will be available as was?

Yep. You can access it later by clicking the workspace icon on the left navigation. It's the fifth icon from the top, looks like a little window with two angle brackets in it.
