CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Organize CSS with Comments

Hey guys, I feel foolish for not understanding this. My CSS code is exactly as nicks is, but it is not having any effect on the design of my website. Does anyone know where I might have gone wrong?

If you can post the head /head of your HTML document, where the CSS is being linked, and the same of Nicks, that may be helpful.

I'd guess that you've simply typed the link wrong, or are linking to a CSS document that doesn't exist. If this is offline you're talking about, try opening up Chrome's or Firefox's "Inspect Element" developer tool, and look on the console. Not 100% certain of this, but it may tell you what's going wrong.
