Workspaces problem , important plz

i accidentally deleted my files in workspaces index,html and mian,css and it was everything on my workspaces , is their a way to recover them plz answer

We're sorry to hear that happened! We unfortunately don't have a way to restore deleted files or Workspaces. We may recommend to save your Workspaces to your computer directly as a back-up moving forward :) Please feel free to reach out to us here in Support (help@teamtreehouse.com) with any other questions!

i saved each time i edit something , but it was a mistake i accidentally deleted them, well all i can say is fuck and thanks for your reply had to post it 3 times for someone to notice it
