HTML The Selectors Solution

Would this change to structure be OK?

So if we're to change the <div> that contains the <div class="list-primary"> and <div class="subscribe"> to an <section> element, would that be samantically correct?

<section> usually defines the whole section, like a section for news. Then you have div containers as child-elements inside the section.

I agree Frederik. But in this case it seems appropriate. It is a section of a page, no matter that is so tinny as is this one.
