Xcode 5 crashing in Yosemite

on the first Crystal Ball app whenever I go into main.storyboard xCode crashes. I first tried it in Xcode 6 but now have uninstalled that and when back to Xcode 5 with the same results

Hi Michael,

Because Yosemite is still an unreleased operating system it can't officially be supported, for the best results it's always best to stick with stable releases such as Lion, Mountain Lion or Mavericks which offer the best results for Xcode 5.

Maybe a computer reset might work?

If you partitioned your Mac, just boot up using the old partition. Otherwise, reboot and see if it works then. Yosemite is buggy still. Try Xcode 6.
