Based on the response I quoted one of the Swift/iOS teachers on, along with the "Upcoming Course" section of the Library and Treehouse blogs, I think it is safe to say that Swift 3/Xcode 8 courses are going to be consecutively rolled out weekly as they are finished and will be available to us with updated content and maybe new content as well
