iOS Build a Simple iPhone App with Swift 2.0 Getting Started with iOS Development Tour of Xcode

xcode is saying I need to have a device registered

I am trying to complete the first steps of the building an iPhone ap section but Xcode keeps telling me "no provisioning profiles found", "com.treehouse.FunFacts string is not available," and "creating a profile requires having a device registered in the member center."

what the heck is going on please please help I am so frustrated and confused. in the video none of this is mentioned.

None of that is very important during the early stages. Its more important when you're ready to release your app
