Y does it repeatedly ask you to do the same questions over again even after you did it correctly?

Your system seems to have a lot of bug in there. It keeps asking me to solve the same problem again and again and again, and whereas I get the answer correctly, it does not allow me to go forward, it just repeats it over and over again.
