You need to put a note on this page that this XAMPP can also be used with Win 8.1 and on both 32 and 64 bit machines.

To state the obvious: there are lots of 8.1 and 64 bit machines out there and since you do not address this, the smart student is going to have to waste some time researching this so they can be sure they are not installing something that will be a big mess.
