You may want to report any usage problems you are having directly to the staff, using the instructions on the Support page. Also, you might need to be more specific about what you are experiencing for them to be able to help.

I've taken dozens of courses here and found the site operation to be pretty solid (except for the Leaderboard).

Absolutely right. If you could be more specific, we could maybe even help narrow down where the problem is to help you report it.

I haven't had any issues in the last week, but you may be experiencing different problems for different site-related reasons.

Like Steven said, though. The support page helps you contact them and they are always super helpful with figuring out the problem.
